What age is Sederor suitable for?
Sederor is designed for families with children aged 4 to 18. The interface adapts: young children see large icons and simple tasks, older children get more details.
What about privacy and GDPR?
Sederor is built around GDPR principles: data minimization, clear retention, no data sales, and rights to access, correct and delete data. We use no advertising tracking; only privacy-friendly website statistics. In-app product measurement is off until you turn it on.
Does the rewards shop cost real money?
No! The "shop" is a list of rewards that you decide together as a family. Nothing is sold and no money goes to Sederor through rewards.
Is Sederor suitable for neurodiverse children?
Absolutely. Sederor is built by a family with ADHD and autism. The app offers predictability, clear structure, visual support and no punishment elements — exactly what neurodiverse families need.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel Premium at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period and your data is preserved.
Does Sederor work offline?
Sederor works best with internet, but basic features are also available offline via the app. Changes are synchronized when you are back online.
Can I export my family data?
Yes, you can request a full export of your family data. This is part of your GDPR rights and is available for free.
Can I install Sederor as an app on my phone?
Yes! Sederor is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that you can add to your home screen. On iPhone/iPad: open Sederor in Safari, tap the share icon (square with arrow) and choose "Add to Home Screen". On Android: open Sederor in Chrome, tap the menu (three dots) and choose "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App". The app then works like a real app with its own icon, full screen and faster loading times.
Is Sederor available in the App Store or Google Play?
Yes, on Android: Sederor is available in Google Play, where you can simply download the app. For iPhone and iPad there is no App Store version; there you install Sederor straight from Safari onto your home screen (see the previous question). That works exactly like a regular app: its own icon, full screen, offline support and fast loading times.
Does every family member need their own device?
No! Sederor is designed to work on a single shared device. With Quick Switch, family members can switch between accounts in one tap. Parents can protect their account with a PIN. This makes it perfect for families that share a tablet or phone.
What is Family Day mode?
Family Day mode turns your tablet into a family dashboard. All family members and their tasks are visible on one screen. Everyone can tap their name to see and complete their tasks. It includes full-screen mode and an automatic screensaver. Ideal for an iPad in the kitchen or living room.
